Drain Cleaning

One of the most common plumbing problems is a blocked drain. From sink and shower/tub drains to sewer and septic lines we can help to clear the line and get your plumbing flowing the way it should be. And all at a reasonable cost. Most common  drain blockages are cleared using a snake (wire cable) . The snake is rotated by and electric motor allowing it to (snake) its way down the pipe clearing out obstructions as it goes. Water Jetting

Water jetting uses water pressure to clean lines that can’t be cleaned with a mechanical snake. we use small low volume electric jetters for inside lines and larger gas powered trailer jet for larger and outside lines. Jets work better if the line is full of mud , sludge or sticky grease.

Camera Inspection

Camera inspection uses a small camera on a rigid cable that allows it to be pushed down the line. and viewed on a monitor. This is vital in diagnosing chronic drainage issues. Our camera also has a built in locator to mark the location of any issues that are found along with the distance down the line of the problem. This is also sometimes done when purchasing a new home or business to be sure that their are no hidden problems that may cause issues in the future.
