Because I only use the shower, the plug was stuck. He unstuck it and left.Very honest! (removed)Rooter was here last week for the same problem. He quoted me a price of $400+! ” In the past 25 years, Rick from Arc-O-Rooter has been to my home about 5 times for plumbing problems. Unexpectedly today I found my kitchen sink had backed up and I needed an industrial strength snake to unclog the pipe. Without hesitation, Rick reassured me that he would come and fix it.
