• Are you on septic? Has the tank been pumped in 3yrs or less.(if not pump the tank first)
• Do you know the location of the tank (if not call your septic co for info).
• Make sure we have a clear path to the clean out and any area that we may be working.

• If we will need to be working in the bathroom, remove personal items (rugs, toothbrushes, waste bin etc).
  For sink lines kitchen or bathroom remove personal items and empty under cabinets.

• We do not do plumbing, if plumbing work is required before or after drain cleaning you will need to make arrangements.

• If the drain line is clogged and full of water there may be some water (waste) released from the line that we can not catch in some cases.

• Someone must be home when we call to send the serviceman. Be sure to answer any calls. (may be an unknown number).
  Payment is required upon completion of work unless prior arrangements have been made.
